As Secure Harbor is in its 2nd successful year; we have realized a need to reach out to more patients in need of financial assistance than ever before. In this tough economical time; we don’t want to let them down! It has encouraged us to be strong and continue to keep our eyes open to new avenues of raising funds.
Mary & Joe Bateman of Brewerton, NY – held a special 50/50 drawing of just friends and family one evening, took those funds and purchased a Flat Screen TV. They took the TV to a local tavern and have successfully sold $5.00 tickets 500. They were able to raise $2,500.00 for Secure Harbor. TV Flyer NY
They also have a local tavern who is organizing a Golf Outing which is coming up this September 21st, 2010, flyers to follow.
Please send us your ideas, and let us know how we can raise more funds to help these patients battle this hideous disease.
