Amyloidosis is a rare blood malignancy that kills thousands of people a year because it is the most misdiagnosed disease in the medical field today.

Secure Harbor is a patient advocacy non-profit supporting all patients and their families by providing financial assistance with temporary housing, meals, and transportation during the patient's evaluation and/or treatment of a rare blood malignancy known as Amyloidosis, thus promoting Amyloidosis awareness and support of Amyloidosis research.

We are especially indebted to the Boston Medical Amyloidosis Team; including the Clinical Trials staff; who continue to provide excellent medical care, personal compassionate support & professional expertise as Tim' continues winning his battle against Amyloidosis on a Clinical Trial provided to us by BUMC.
